Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace in 2023
A December 2022 survey shows a hopeful outlook for workplace mental health. Most workplace leaders expect employee mental health to improve in the next year, and 94% of organizations are offering mental health solutions to their workforces.
Yet, more than one-third of respondents say that mental health is not a cultural priority at their organization and just 45% plan to make further investments in providing mental health support.
