Case study: How Koa Health is helping O2 to support employee mental wellbeing
COVID-19 presented O2 (and employers everywhere) with a unique challenge: supporting their employees' mental health from a distance.
The HR team at O2 saw an opportunity to join forces with Koa Health to better support their employees' mental wellbeing in a cost-efficient and scalable way. Following a successful roll-out of Koa Health's Foundation app, thousands of activities were recorded, helping O2 employees to get better sleep, relax, build resilience and deal with day-to-day stress.
Highlights include:
- 25% of active users used the app twice weekly.
- 95% of programs rated helpful by users.
- 100% say the Foundations app has helped them
